    Our CNA’s are the lifeblood of our facility, providing compassionate care for residents and support for our nursing staff. New Graduates Welcome! Full time and part time positions available.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Providing compassionate and quality care to our residents.
    • Ensuring residents basic personal needs are met by assisting with walking, feeding and bathing.
    • Assist residents in the use of walkers and similar equipment in a prescribed physical therapy program.

    Our nurses are the lifeblood of our facility, providing compassionate, expert care for our residents. We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses who will be responsible for coordinating individual resident care and for performing nursing services requiring substantial specialized judgment and skills. Full and Part Time positions available.

    Responsibilities

    • Assesses resident care needs and prepares and carries out a resident care plan.
    • As assigned, provides professional nursing services.
    • Supervises LPN and Certified Nursing Assistants.
    • Is responsible for observing symptoms and carrying out diagnostic procedures ordered by the physician.
    • Prepares and applies dressings, gives medication and therapeutic treatment as prescribed by physicians.
    • Advises resident or members of resident’s family regarding resident’s diet, health habits, the carrying out of treatments at home and rehabilitative measures as authorized by the physician.
    • Performs related services for residents in the prevention of illness and the attainment of maximum health.
    • Collaborates with appropriate social services or health agencies as necessary to assure resident needed service or follow-up care.
    • Maintains a variety of records and prepares reports and is responsible for clinical record documentation.
    • Participates in QA monitoring and Audits. May serve on QA subcommittees.
    • All other duties as directed or assigned.

We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses who will be responsible for the routine nursing care of residents fulfilling a detailed and well-defined resident care plan. Full and Part time positions available.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the delivery and coordination of quality resident care in compliance with physician order.
    • Ensure the highest level of resident comfort and dignity.
    • Recognize changes in resident needs and report critical changes to an RN.
    • Assist in the implementation of the nursing care plan.
    • Take/record vital signs and observes and documents other signs and symptoms as directed.

    • Cleans and stocks cleaning carts.
    • Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, shower rooms, and all fixtures.
    • Moves and rearranges furniture.
    • Disposes of trash and waste materials including hazardous waste.
    • Dusts, cleans or polishes surfaces and finishes on furniture, woodwork, fixtures, etc.
    • Washes windows, walls, counters, and other surface areas.
    • Hangs or straightens window trimmings, curtains, blinds, etc.
    • Operates typical electrical janitorial equipment such as vacuums, buffers, automatic scrubbers, etc.
    • Removes soiled linen or garments.
    • Delivers/distributes clean linen or garments.
    • Transports soiled and clean linen and garments in accordance with proper sorting and delivery procedures.
    • Sorts, folds and classifies clean laundry as necessary.
    • Follows established infection control procedures and guidelines.
    • Follows established safety procedures and guidelines.
    • Performs related duties as assigned.

    • Reads menu portions carefully and arranges food accurately using the proper guidelines.
    • Practices good food handling procedures and correct use of food gloves and serving utensils.
    • Assists in proper labeling and storage of food to prevent spoilage.
    • Prepare, maintain and organize dining areas, including setting tables.
    • Clean kitchen, dining areas, dishes, pots and pans, linens and storage areas according to established guidelines (including: sweeping, mopping, polishing, etc.)

    • Practices safe food handling in accordance with food safety and sanitation regulations. 
    • Assist cooks with the preparation of meat, fish, poultry, soups, vegetables, sandwiches, cereals, desserts, salads, and other food.
    • Bakes cakes, pies, roll and a variety of other pastries.
    • Cuts, cleans and dresses meat, fish and poultry as directed.
    • Assists in the proper labeling and storing of food.
    • May assist with serving food to residents as directed.
    • Cleaning and maintaining equipment (ie: mixers, slicers, choppers, ovens, etc.)
    • May supervise the work of food service helpers in the cleaning of dishes, kitchenu tensils, equipment and other kitchen areas.
    • Keeps simple records related to all of the above.

    • Good knowledge of proved methods of food preparation.
    • Working knowledge of modern cooking utensils, appliances and equipment.
    • Ability to keep simple records and submit reports.
