“My husband has been a resident of Shaker Place since 2014. I am writing to praise the care and help he has received from all facets of the staff, from nursing, social services to activities to housekeeping, maintenance and security. All departments make all facets of care the best possible, along with the safety of residents, in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. They not only care for their medical needs in a professional and skilled manner but I also feel there’s a personal and friendly way the staff interacts with resident in an upbeat atmosphere of ‘you can do it, keep trying’.
