I wanted to share with you that Rich had the absolute best things to say about Shaker Place. He commented on how beautiful the facility is, how great the care his father is receiving there, how accommodating to guests and visitors the facility is, and just their overall happiness with their experience there. I will also add that he is not the first family member I have spoken to that has made similar comments to me. I spent over a decade as a DOR in a SNF and I know firsthand that you more often hear complaints than compliments so I just wanted to pass this along! You guys are obviously doing a fantastic job so please share this with your team!
