Our Historic $80 Million Renovation Is Now Complete
Shaker Place’s recent renovation adds almost 77,000 square feet to our nursing home including additional common areas space and private rooms. The increase in living space allows residents to still gather while remaining socially distant from other residents during this unprecedented time. All CDC and DOH guidelines for COVID-19 prevention are strictly enforced, including enhanced cleaning protocols, PPE, social distancing, and infection control. Shaker Place is proud to have received our third perfect Focused Infection Control COVID-19 Survey determining that our facility is in substantial compliance with all Federal and State requirements.

Memory Care
Shaker Place offers a 24-hour supervised memory care wing, dedicated dining area, and a secure enclosed courtyard for residents with dementia. This allows for maximum freedom and independence at our nursing facility in a safe, controlled environment. Our medical staff have experience caring for and working with residents facing all types of memory loss including Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Dementia, Lewy Body Dementia and other cognitive impairments.
Respite Care
Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. If you need temporary or emergency care for your loved one, Shaker Place is here for you.
